Lütjens Padmanabhan Architekt*innen win together with Bruther Architecture the competition for a new housing development for the Göbli site in Baar. The new buildings for the Zuger Pensionskasse will contain 180 apartments based on a master plan by Garber Pulver Architekten. Out of the six apartments blocks, two will be planned by Bruther and four by us, while Haag Landschftsarchitektur will be designing the gardens. Due to the ecological standards set by the client our buildings will be constructed in timber. Solar energy will be gained through the roof and the façades.
